What does a coach do?
As your self concept coach, my aim is to help you to identify your own skill-sets and brilliant resourcefulness. I help you to reshape your thinking patterns through careful questioning and coaching techniques, to achieve your goals, overcome obstacles and feel fulfilled in an area of your life you may want redirection I coach you through a variety of life events, from career change, to relationships, to even general well-being and having the ability to live a life you love. Every coaching session starts with a goal; however that goal looks to you!
What if I don't know what my goal is yet?
That's absolutely fine! Sometimes we know we want change in our lives but we aren't quite sure what that change needs to look like yet. My Limitless Life course walks you through all of this every step of the way with carefully selected coaching techniques. Joining the Unapologetically You membership will give you more direct support in a group coaching environment.
Where do the sessions take place?
The great thing about coaching is that the sessions can happen anywhere! All coaching calls happen on Zoom, which means you can work with me without even having to leave the comfort of your own home. Just make sure you have access to Zoom on your device and we are good to go.
Will I need anything for the coaching calls?
As the sessions take place over Zoom, just be sure that you have access to an account to be able to connect with me. It would be useful for you to have a pen and paper to hand during each session in case you want to make any notes!
